1¡¢Authorized by Shenzhen Municipal Government, ¡°Shenzhen Trust & Investment Co., Ltd.¡± was established on Jan 6th 1982.

2. Joint venture ¡°Sungang Storehouse Co., Ltd¡± was established, starting the construction of Sungang storehouse district which was named ¡°The first storehouse of China¡±.

3. Name changed to ¡°Shenzhen International Trust & Investment Co. Head Office¡± in 1984 after approval from PBOC was obtained which saw SZITIC became a non-bank financial institution. License to carry out foreign currency service was also obtained

4. Wutongshan Road Tunnel which was 2300 meters long was completed on Oct 1st 1987, and it was invested by our company.

5. Separated into three companies, it retained finance business and part of investment business. Other business and assets went to ¡°Shenzhen Hengchang Trade Co., Ltd.¡± and ¡°Shenzhen Qingshuihe Industry Co., Ltd.¡±

6. Leasing Department was founded in March 1998, beginning to operate financial leasing business.

7. SDB was listed on Apr 11th 1988, our company as its controlling corporation shareholder.

8. The board was established in January, 1989.

9. Security Business Department was established in June 1989, approved by People¡¯s Bank of China.

10. Shenzhen Trust Real Estate Development Co., Ltd was set up by our company in August 1989, certified by Shenzhen Municipal Government.

11. Name changed to ¡°Shenzhen International Trust & Investment Co.¡± in 1991 with the approval of People¡¯s Bank of China and Shenzhen Municipal Government.

12. 150 million Asia US dollar bond were successfully issued in Hong Kong by us for the construction of the second phase of Shenzhen mawan electric power station on Sep. 22nd 1994.

13. SZITIC Securities Co., Ltd was established by our company in October 1994, relied on our previous security business. Our company held 70% of its stake.

14. Signed ¡°Joint Investment Contract¡± with Wal-Mart, established ¡°Shenzhen Wal-Mart Pearl River Co., Ltd.¡± on Aug 16th 1995.

15. The first Super Center (Hujing Garden) was open by Shenzhen Wal-Mart Pearl River Co., Ltd. on Aug 12th 1996.

16. Registered capital of SZITIC Securities Co., Ltd increased to RMB 800 million in July 1997, name changed to ¡°Guosen Securities Co., Ltd.¡± in December 1997.

17. Purchased 47.97% equity of Huabao (Group) Co., Ltd. in July 1999, becoming the controlling shareholder.

18. Successfully repaid five-year 150 million Asia dollar bond on Sep. 30th 1999.

19. Registered capital of Guosen Securities Co., Ltd increased to RMB 2 billion in October 1999, we remained the controlling shareholder.

20. Adjustments in business departments according to the requirement of People¡¯s Bank of China. Trust Business Department was established in June 2000 to developing trust business.

21. Assets reorganization of Shenzhen Huabao (Group) Co., Ltd ( Name changed to Shenxin Taifeng Group Co., Ltd. later), improving assets quality, establishing main business, getting rid of ST.

22. For the requirement of business development, International Finance Dep. and Leasing Dep. were merged into Assets Management Department in March 2001, in charge of managing loan assets, leasing assets and guarantee business.

23. Trust service license was renewed on February 1st 2002 by PBOC. Registered capital further increased to RMB 2 billion.

24. Being member of underwriting syndicate for Treasury bond on Apr 1st 2002, approved by Ministry of Finance and Chinese Securities Regulatory Commission.

25. Authorized to operate and manage state-owned assets on April 7th 2003, approved by Shenzhen State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.

26. Adding ¡°Issuing credit with capital equity¡± to business scope on June 2nd 2003, approved by Shenzhen Central branch of People¡¯s Bank of China.

27. Computer & Information Department merged into General Office on Feb 9th 2003.

28. Assets Management Department merged into Investment Development on Feb 3rd 2004, in charge of choosing and evaluating investment projects, equity management of invested enterprises, reclaiming and clearing of loan and leasing assets, managing guarantee projects, using equity capital through loan or leasing.

29. Shenzhen SZITIC Commercial Investment Co., Ltd was set up by our company with a registered capital of RMB 100 million on June 4th 2004. Business scope were commercial real estate investment and leasing, initiating industry and investment consultancy.

30. Shenzhen SZITIC Industry Development Co., Ltd was established with a registered capital of RMB 500 million on June 9th 2004, business scope were investing industry, projects and investment consultancy.

31. ¡°Shenzhen Wal-Mart Pearl River Co., Ltd.¡± changed its name to ¡°Wal-Mart SZITIC Department Store Co., Ltd.¡± on Aug 3rd 2004.

32. ¡±Shenzhen Trust Real Estate Development Co., Ltd¡± changed its name to ¡°Shenzhen SZITIC Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.¡± on Dem 1st 2004.

33. ¡±Shenzhen Trust Real Estate Development Co., Ltd¡± officially changed its name to ¡°Shenzhen SZITIC Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.¡± in January 2005.

34. In March 2005, Shenzhen State-Owned Supervision & Administration Commission became the controlling shareholder of SZITIC instead of Shenzhen Investment Holding Corporation.

35. Financial license was renewed in October 2008 by CBRC. Name changed to ¡°China Resources SZITIC Trust Co.,Ltd.¡±.
