¡ô On December 28th, 2002, SZITIC reached an agreement with ¡°Shenzhen State-Owned Supervision & Administration Commission¡± to become one of the five organizations authorized to operate and manage state-owned assets.
¡ô On March 14th, 2005, Shenzhen State-Owned Supervision & Administration Commission became the controlling shareholder of SZITIC.
¡ô On October 17th, 2006, SZITIC introduced strategic investor. China Resources Co.,Ltd. became SZITIC¡¯s controlling shareholder. Registered capital increased from RMB 200 million to RMB 263 million.
¡ô Financial license was renewed in October 2008 by CBRC. Name changed to ¡°China Resources SZITIC Trust Co.,Ltd.¡±.
